BARCLAYS as Our Client

Understanding the Scope of Work

When the enquiry landed to our sales team, it seemed a very scomplicated scope of work as it involved mainly alterations and refurbishment of existing interiors. Basically it was to convert a three 1700sqft training room into a single large 5000sqft workstation area. Considering the clientele of a large MNC group - BARCLAYS, we decided to pitch for the project.

Winning the Project

Even though the scope of work was limited, there was strong competition. However, due to our extensive experience in similar projects and our deep understanding of execution strategies, our sales team successfully won the project.

Execution & Challenges

As the saying goes, “Ideas are free, but execution is the key.” Understanding the challenges of the DLF Cybercity campus, we commenced the project with an auspicious pooja and a planned project timeline of 40 days.

One of the most significant challenges was managing the labour force rather than the project itself. Due to heavy entry procedures and strict safety protocols, the campus required a detailed checklist, taking nearly 2 hours every day for labourers to reach the worksite from the main gate.

Despite these constraints, our experienced site team managed everything professionally, ensured 100% compliance, and delivered the project on time with zero quality deviations.

A Corporate Success

Delivery and handover are not our only focus. Our vision is “Growth Through Credibility.” We strive to build strong relationships where clients trust us with 100% reliability, return for repeat projects, and confidently refer us to others. For us, that is true success.
